We made our reservation at the very last minute- through an online booking site. The young lady at the front desk was surprised by our arrival as she had not yet received the info from the booking site. She was remarkable! She explained how nutty the day had been, that our room would not be ready until 6 pm and then offered us use of the Adirondack Room and pool. She checked us all in and provided us with key codes and access to pool/ Adirondack room. She came and collected us at the pool when the room was ready. She even came back to our room to make sure all was to our expectations and gave us a lovely bottle of wine from the local vineyard. She thanked us for our patience and understanding. You have a true professional in your employee! She represents your property at a very high level. BTW- our accommodations were fantastic.
