Shana was so warm and pleasant from upon arrival to throughout our stay! We were so impressed with the cleanliness, (everywhere!!!) and absolutely loved the decor! We loved our stay at 364 Thames. We are looking into coming back again! It had every amenity and appliance we could have wanted, supplying make-up towels, beach chairs, K-cups, and a fan is going above and beyond. We can't stop talking about how awesome the property was! Show less

Rating my satisfaction between 1-5 is not sufficient enough to rate my experience. The stay at the Serenity Inn was far beyond my expectation for any hotel, inn, bed and breakfast type of establishment. The staff and inn-keepers were attentive and kind. The breakfast was made with love. The room was luxurious. Altogether Serenity Inn was quite charming! I look forward to returning and making it our regular place to stay when in Newport.
