Private Charter Experience with Generations Charters


Generations Charters offers unique, customized private boat charters on the waters of Newport and Narragansett Bay. We work with each of our clients to ensure the trip is tailored to suit their needs. Charter destinations may include Newport Harbor, scenic Jamestown, mooring up for a swim at a private cove, a historic mansion tour from the water, or going out for dinner at one of the many harbor-side restaurants around the bay.
We offer 1/2 day and full day private charters, as well as 2 hour afternoon/evening harbor and sunset tours. Multiple day bookings are available if booked well in advance. Each of our vessels can accommodate up to 6 passengers in addition to the Captain. We can make both boats available to sail together for larger groups. All charters are private, you will never be paired up with other groups.



Our Vessels: 'Cool Change' and 'Change Up' are both Custom Regulator center consoles known for their legendary ride. Both boats have forward seating perfect for catching rays and socializing and are equipped with satellite radio and swim ladders. While both boats are comfortable for a slow cruise around the harbor, they also cruise at over 40 knots, giving you the ability to tour anywhere on Narragansett Bay or the surrounding waters.

Our prices are as follows:
1/2 Day Cruise (4 hours) $800
Full Day Cruise (7 hours) $1600
Afternoon or Sunset Cruise (2 hours) $500
