Circa 1892, this vacation rental property features five guest rooms and one studio suite. All rooms have king size beds, their own private spa like bathrooms and come fully accessorized with flat screen televisions, plush linens and luxurious soaps and shampoos. There is a guest lounge, full kitchen and bedroom with an en-suite bathroom located on the first floor and 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom on the second floor. Around the corner from the main entrance is the Firehouse Studio. Separated from the rest of the rooms, the Firehouse Studio has it's own private entrance and parking area on Sharon Court. The Studio features a king sized bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, and sitting area with a flat screen television.

Oh My goodness, this place was fantastic for my group. The accommodations were top notch, we loved the giant deck for gathering. The location was ideal. We walked to MANY places. From coffee in the morning to cruising Thames in the evening on the hunt for ice cream after dinner. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Our family of 7 stayed in the 3 bedroom loft for a family wedding and I cannot say enough about the accommodations. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed from extra linens and towels right down to coffee and creamers. The bedrooms each had an attached bathroom which made getting ready for wedding activities so convenient and the location on Thames Street was perfect. I highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We were in Newport for our daughter's wedding. We stayed in several of the Newport loft properties. All were beautiful, roomy, clean, and everything we wanted for the weekend. The locations were perfect for all the venues and for our guests to be able to enjoy the restaurants and shopping that Newport has to offer. We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend the Newport Lofts to anyone visiting Newport.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was perfect for the weekend. The house was very clean and well decorated! Also, very convenient location right in town!

You were amazing! It was absolutely perfect on all levels. Anything we asked for-like more hangers, you were there in a heartbeat. It all could not have been more perfect. We lived on the decks and loved the views. Would definitely be the first place I'd choose to stay again. Keep up the great work!
