The Newport Lofts is a collection of vacation rental homes located in downtown Newport, Rhode Island. These unique residences allow you to enjoy Newport with all of the comforts and conveniences of home. Our Lofts are located along historic Thames Street in downtown Newport. Addresses range from 194 Thames Street to 617 Thames Street. Enjoy fabulous dining, shopping, and attractions along the wharfs with easy access to many of Newport's wedding venues, like Castle Hill, Ocean Cliff, Rosecliff, the mansions and more.

The Newport Lofts' ample amenities (listed here) include kitchenware, cookware, linens, toiletries and more for crafting your perfect stay.

Our lofts feature 1, 2, 3 or 6 bedrooms, and can sleep up to 12! Our bedrooms are spacious and there is ample living space including kitchens, dining rooms, sitting areas and outdoor space.

We have hosted several intimate weddings in the past. One was on the roof deck of 617 North with 10 people. Contact us to discuss options for your intimate wedding.

Absolutely! We have hosted many bachelor and bachelorette parties (and birthday parties, reunions, baby showers, etc.).

  • Our accommodations are true to our photos! Our Lofts are bright and spacious, great for groups of friends and family who want to stay in close proximity to each other. Each vacation rental was individually designed with great attention to detail making them a perfect backdrop for photos.

  • The value cannot be beat. Our multiple bedroom accommodations offer private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and enough living space to gather with friends and family. Host a brunch, hire a personal chef or lay out a buffet in one of our kitchens. Relax in our living rooms or soak up the sun on one of our many decks. Our room was perfectly situated at the back of the property with its own private entrance, providing a peaceful and private retreat. The suite felt brand new, having been beautifully renovated and impeccably clean. Everything was fresh, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property manager & team were extremely helpful and professional, offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining. Breakfast was exceptional??it truly felt like having a personal chef each morning. Everything about our stay was absolutely positive. It is increasingly difficult to find quality lodging when traveling with a pet. Paws on Pelham is a beautiful home in a historic section of Newport, a short walking distance to the seaport, shops, and many restaurants. Our suite was quiet, comfortably furnished, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful bathroom and oversized shower. A delicious breakfast was prepared and served in the sister facility directly across the street. The staff was welcoming, offered great suggestions, and most professional. Overall, a great value. We stayed for a second time in one of your amazing properties. I cannot say enough good things about your lofts. They are beautiful!!! Amazingly clean and comfortable and so well appointed with literally everything you could possible need. The locations have both been amazing as well! We have been going to Newport for years and always stayed in different hotels. Staying in the lofts is so much more comfortable and homey.
