Our Vacation Newport collection of inns includes Serenity Inn Newport, The Outlook Inn, Paws on Pelham and Town & Tide Inn.

Our four inns are all located in historic downtown Newport. Enjoy fabulous dining, shopping, and attractions along the wharfs with easy access to many of Newport's wedding venues, like Castle Hill, Ocean Cliff, Rosecliff, the mansions and more.

Yes! Breakfast is always included at all inns. We pride ourselves on our exceptional, complimentary breakfast service and have received rave reviews to boot. Our gourmet, homemade breakfast offerings rotate daily. Paws on Pelham serves convenient grab-and-go breakfasts for our active guests. Please let us know of any allergies and dietary restrictions and our innkeeper will truly delight you while accommodating your needs!

Our inns sleep between 26-36 guests at once and feature gathering areas such as the dining room at Serenity Inn Newport and the gardens at Town & Tide Inn.

Yes! Our decorated outdoor pergola at Serenity Inn Newport makes for a sweet and truly romantic celebration. Our inns are also popular for bridal and wedding showers, engagement parties and much more.

As you may imagine, parking in downtown Newport is notoriously difficult, especially in the warmer months. Fortunately, we have a limited number of off-street and reserved parking spaces. For each inn's specific parking information and restrictions, please call our Guest Services team.

  • Our accommodations are true to our photos! Our Lofts are bright and spacious, great for groups of friends and family who want to stay in close proximity to each other. Each vacation rental was individually designed with great attention to detail making them a perfect backdrop for photos.

  • The value cannot be beat. Our multiple bedroom accommodations offer private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and enough living space to gather with friends and family. Host a brunch, hire a personal chef or lay out a buffet in one of our kitchens. Relax in our living rooms or soak up the sun on one of our many decks. Compared to a traditional hotel, we offer much more at a great rate.

It was spotlessly clean, and as before, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The lofts are located just at the edge of downtown Newport, which makes it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. And there are so many of them! We thoroughly enjoyed takeout from Thai Cuisine, which is a two-minute walk from the lofts. King Park Beach, a very short walk down Wellington Avenue, gives you a view of Newport Harbor. Newport Lofts is a great place to stay. I highly recommend it! Show less

I had a fantastic experience at the Serenity Inn. The room was spotless and so well decorated. My room had a very plush bed, a rainforest shower and an adorable fireplace. The manager was amazing--willing to help you with anything you need and remembering small details like the fact that it was my boyfriend's birthday. Great location within walking distance to town and a convenient parking lot that allows you to have a safe place to keep your car. I will definitely be visiting again! Show less

The location was ideal, the room was pristine, and breakfast on the roof deck was perfect! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come again!
