First time we've ever stayed at a pet hotel as we accompanied our daughter, son-in-law, and 'Stella'. I was more than pleasantly surprised, the entire operation is pretty slick. The property is beautiful, the rooms are new, clean and well-appointed. Conveniently adjacent to a park to walk the pets and very close to the heart of downtown. Their grab and go breakfast concept is very accommodating and the food was quite good. Alison was our host and she was born to be so. Very gracious, friendly and informative. Obviously she loves what she does and it shows. Stella and she became fast pals, the entire experience was very very nice. Having no prior experience in dog-friendly hotels, I would say they NAILED it. We could not have had a nicer stay. Show less
We arrived here and all us couldn't believe how nice it was and how clean. We were here for a wedding and everything was so close to us all within walking distance.

Our stay at Serenity Inn was wonderful! It was a quick overnight get a way that was just what we needed. The inn is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Our room was perfect. The gas fireplace made it so cozy on one of the coldest days/nights of the year. Breakfast was delicious and served by friendly accommodating staff. We will absolutely return! Show less

When we arrived, there wasn't a Bose speaker in the condo so we called the help line and someone brought over a speaker to us immediately. Thank you for such prompt service!!
