The Outlook Inn is located in the heart of Newport, Rhode Island on historic Spring Street. Our peaceful atmosphere, short distance to local attractions and an amazing view from our third floor observation deck will make your stay in Newport one to remember forever! The Outlook Inn features 10 guest rooms and one 2-bedroom suite. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV, plush linens, an en-suite bathroom and luxurious soaps and shampoos. Additionally, a rave worthy breakfast is prepared daily by our Innkeeper and served in our third floor guest lounge.

Wonderful place to stay Tiffany was very helpful upon our arrival. Easy getting in. Clean and beautiful! Breakfast was delicious!!!!

We loved our stay, the room was immaculately clean and very pretty. The terrace with views over the lovely white church, roofs and the sea at sunset is beautiful. The hosts were very heartfelt and the parking was not too far away from the house. Besides you can park next to the building when checking in and dropping off the luggage in the room. The parking lot was easy to find because of the detailed explanation from the host and the walk back was short and beautiful because of the very nice location. We traveled through New England for 3 weeks sleeping in 18 different B&B´s but here we got the best breakfast of all of them and were talking and dreaming about it often. Show less
