The Outlook Inn is located in the heart of Newport, Rhode Island on historic Spring Street. Our peaceful atmosphere, short distance to local attractions and an amazing view from our third floor observation deck will make your stay in Newport one to remember forever! The Outlook Inn features 10 guest rooms and one 2-bedroom suite. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV, plush linens, an en-suite bathroom and luxurious soaps and shampoos. Additionally, a rave worthy breakfast is prepared daily by our Innkeeper and served in our third floor guest lounge.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at the Outlook Inn. The innkeeper is delightful! She is personable, warm, very attentive and the most amazing cook. The rooms are beautiful. More modern hotel vs. old school Inn, but with all of the charming qualities of an Inn vs. a stuffy Newport hotel. Sitting on the roof deck with a cold beer, glass of wine and some crackers and cheese was the perfect way to end a great beach day. We will definitely be coming back. Show less

Fabulous place to stay. Rooms are well-appointed clean and modern. The breakfast and staff are fabulous.
