COVID-19 Regulations
All guests MUST strictly adhere to theRhode Island Department of Health's current limitation on social gatherings in regards to COVID-19. All Newport Loft accommodations are not to exceed the gathering limitation at any time or under any circumstance, without exception. Additionally, in accordance with the City of Newport's noise ordinance and per the terms and conditions agreed to at time of booking, quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.All Guests MUST adhere to the above policies or be subject to legal action, fines and/or immediate removal from the property without a refund.
